Who We Are

Eureka Colleges & Driving School was established in 2007 and is a registered Technical and Vocational Education and Training institution under the provisions of the National Council for Technical Education Act, Cap. 129. The College is registered under NACTEVET Registration Number: NACTEVET/0990.

The Driving School is registered with the Tanzania Police Force – Traffic Division, and is authorized to conduct professional driver training programmes, including Basic Driving Course, Heavy Goods Vehicle (HGV), and Public Service Vehicle (PSV) training in compliance with national road safety regulations. The Driving School registration number is DS-ARU-001-2026.

MANAGEMENT STRUCTURE

Eureka Colleges & Driving School operates under a structured and professional management system that ensures efficiency, accountability, and high-quality service delivery.

The Governing Board is the highest decision-making body responsible for policy direction, strategic planning, and institutional oversight.

The Principal is the overall head of the institution responsible for academic leadership, administration, and implementation of policies approved by the Governing Board.

Responsible for academic planning, curriculum implementation, teaching quality, and examination coordination across all programmes.

Oversees financial management, human resources, procurement, and general institutional administration.

Each department is led by a Head of Department responsible for programme delivery, student supervision, and departmental performance.

Departments include:

  • Language Studies
  • Driving School Training Unit

Responsible for all driver training programmes including Basic Driving Course, PSV, and HGV training, ensuring compliance with traffic regulations and safety standards.

Includes tutors, instructors, and administrative staff who support teaching, learning, and student services.

Ensures all programmes meet required standards set by regulatory authorities, including continuous improvement of training quality.
